Nice to re-meet you, Hong Mei. And it doesn't mean we can't be friends again. In fact, I don't make friends very easily, so I'd rather not lose one just because I can't remember things. Would you maybe want to meet up later? I might not be so different.

Exactly. And I have to admit, I'm pretty curious about what I was like here. It's pretty disconcerting, other people telling you that you've been someplace you've never seen before.

Really? That's great- I've only met one other person who could do that. No wonder that got us talking. We've found out a lot from that ability- it has a lot more it can do than just healing one's self, I've realized. At least in my world. You're not from my world, are you? Have you found that to be true from yours, as well?

It can't do more for me other than healing myself and keeping me forever young-- although I guess I haven't really tried anything else, to be honest. But no, I'm not from your world. At least, I don't think so.

Then again, I'm from 1967. So who knows, really?

Oh, I didn't know you were from decades before me. I suppose that's possible, but you're right- it would be hard to tell. Enough abilities manifest differently, just in my own time.

I didn't now about the living forever part until just recently. A little creepy, but I can work with it.

My blood heals others, as well. I don't know if it'd counteract old age in them, too. But I assume it'd have to be given on a very regular basis for something like that to work.

Is it, really? I find it kind of scary, but kind of exciting, as well. I'll get to see technology develop past my prime. I'll see what new designs people come up with.

Are you speaking from experience, though? I'm only in my thirties myself.

...I don't think my blood heals other people. But I guess I can try that next, even if... I don't know who to test that on without them finding it strange at best.

But no, I'm not speaking from decades of experience. I'm in my mid-twenties, but what I do know is what it was like to watch as my only family passed away, and that's something I don't want to have to experience time and time again.

...oh. I'm very sorry to hear that. I only have my adopted mother, but she's all I've ever had. I haven't really thought about what I'd do if I lost her. Obviously. I can see how that would be difficult.
