I wouldn't be surprised if some people forgot that they were forgetting, to be honest. I'm not sure how deep or widespread the problem is. It keeps popping up, like a bad penny.

When I first got here, people kept going on and on about how the Clock was counting down to the doomsday of all worlds, or something like that. I never thought it was that dire. But something like this makes me wonder if there's some sort of shifting we don't see...

I'm inclined to think it's superstition, but who knows. Call me lazy but I'm not sure it's my job to avert the apocalypse.

Well, no, not the apocalypse. But I was wondering if something might actually be changing for good around here- other than the people, of course. Those are always changing.

It does, but it's not so difficult, if one has enough of an interest. It's served me well here, even if my shop does keep getting destroyed.
